It’s that time of year again, when the ghosts and goblins become bigger than life. And when all our friends gather ’round the bonfire and watch scary movies on the big screen. That’s how we do it around here and we call it Scary Movie Night. It has become an annual event here at the Carrier House. A beautiful blend of everything we both enjoy most. Let me explain…
I have always loved Halloween! I enjoy the creative costumes and decorating the house to make it look like a haunted mansion.
Stephen loves the outdoors and making everything bigger than it needs to be.
And we both love to entertain and share our house with our friends. This time of year is even more special to us because it was at a Halloween party that we met. We joke around saying, ‘I was such a witch when we met’ At least I think it’s a joke. It is… Right honey?…
So when Mary, from Stardust Ballroom, suggested we do a scary movie night, we were more than excited to run with it… This is now our sixth year running with it and it has gotten bigger every year.
Grab a chair, a blanket and a glass of your favorite spirits and enjoy the following pics.
We have photo opps…
and graveyards
Inside the house…
And outside in the tent
Night time glow…
And spirits looking over.
And, of course, bonfire, movies and friends.
We enjoy this gathering more every year. Hope you enjoyed this little teaser…Until next year…
Have a safe and Happy Halloween!
